These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Kiara Caresworth Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Kiara Caresworth", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Remedicos website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Kiara Caresworth reserves the right to refuse access to the Service to any person at its sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Remedicos provides an artificial-intelligence-assisted educational platform intended to help medical students and practitioners develop clinical reasoning skills through practice questions, mock assessments, and interactive clinical case simulations known as Deep Sessions. The Service is provided strictly for educational and examination-preparation purposes and must not be used as a substitute for formal medical training or clinical judgment.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the underlying software, scrape or extract content in bulk, or use any automated system to access the Service without our prior written consent.

Kiara Caresworth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to the Company.

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are either eighteen (18) years of age or older, or who are enrolled as bona fide students in a recognised Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, regardless of age. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy at least one of these eligibility criteria and that all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.

Where an enrolled MBBS student below the age of eighteen accesses the Service, such access is permitted solely on the basis of their status as a student pursuing formal medical education, and Kiara Caresworth may, at its discretion, require verification of enrolment. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be verified or is found to have been misrepresented.

Remedicos offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans, each with distinct usage limits and features as described on the Service at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay, and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information and for all charges incurred under your account. Kiara Caresworth reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or usage limits at any time, with such changes taking effect from the next billing cycle following reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Failure to pay applicable subscription fees when due may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to the free tier until payment is successfully processed.

All content, features, and functionality available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, question banks, AI-generated clinical cases, software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Kiara Caresworth Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content obtained through the Service without the prior written consent of Kiara Caresworth, except as may be permitted for personal study purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiara Caresworth Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or examination outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

The Service, including all AI-generated content, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Kiara Caresworth arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Kiara Caresworth Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect, such as by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or through in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
