These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the access to and utilization of the web-based platform known as Remedicos (“the Website,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By registering, accessing, browsing, or otherwise engaging with the Website, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) expressly acknowledge and consent to be bound by the following provisions, which collectively constitute a binding legal agreement. If you do not concur with the stipulations herein, you are advised to refrain from any further use of the Platform.

The Platform functions primarily as a digital intermediary, facilitating the exchange of employment opportunities, professional portfolios, and institutional representations within the domain of healthcare services. Users acknowledge that the Platform does not engage in direct recruitment, employment brokerage, or any contractual arrangement between hiring entities and candidates. The Platform is a facilitator only.

Users assume complete responsibility for the authenticity, completeness, and accuracy of all information submitted during registration, portfolio creation, job posting, or any communication made through the Platform. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or concealment of material facts shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, entitling the Platform to terminate access without recourse.

Users shall maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. Unauthorized access arising from negligence or intentional dissemination of login details shall be imputed to the registered User, and all activities conducted therein shall be deemed attributable to such User.

Job postings and related advertisements must conform to prevailing labour statutes, employment norms, and ethical healthcare standards applicable within the jurisdiction of India. The Platform neither guarantees the veracity of job postings nor ensures any outcome from applications submitted thereto. By utilizing the Platform, Users release Remedicos from all liabilities, direct or consequential, pertaining to recruitment outcomes, compensation disputes, or employment conditions.

Payments, if applicable, shall be remitted offline through mechanisms separately notified by the Platform. Any enhanced service offerings (such as premium job visibility, portfolio prioritization, or institutional highlighting) shall be availed strictly on a pre-paid, non-transferable basis, subject to separate terms.

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in activities including but not limited to: impersonation of individuals or institutions; dissemination of unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content; utilization of the Platform for solicitation unrelated to healthcare employment; introduction of malicious code or software; and engagement in activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or operational continuity of the Platform.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content associated with Remedicos shall remain vested in the Platform. By submitting content, Users grant Remedicos a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and distribute such content for operational and promotional purposes, without prejudice to the User’s underlying ownership.

The Platform reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, technical exigencies, or regulatory directives. Continued use of the Platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
