This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) delineates the framework applicable to monetary transactions executed in respect of value-added services (“Premium Services”) availed through the Remedicos Platform. By initiating payment, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the stipulations herein.

All Premium Services, once activated, shall be deemed consumed and rendered non-refundable. The nature of such services—including but not limited to premium job postings, featured listings, enhanced portfolio visibility, or institutional highlights—necessitates irrevocable allocation of digital space and operational resources, rendering subsequent rescission impracticable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, duplicate payments occasioned by inadvertent technical malfunction, banking error, or processing anomaly shall be subject to verification, following which remedial action shall be undertaken in the form of a refund or credit adjustment. Such claims must be submitted in writing to hello@remedicos.com, accompanied by relevant transaction identifiers.

Cancellations, where permissible, shall be admissible only prior to activation of the concerned Premium Service. For avoidance of doubt, activation shall be deemed to have occurred at the point of publication, indexing, or digital deployment of the service within the Platform, whichever event transpires earlier.

Refunds, where approved, shall be effected exclusively through the original mode of payment, subject to prevailing banking timelines, ordinarily within a period of 7–10 business days. The Platform disclaims liability for delays occasioned by financial intermediaries or circumstances extraneous to its control.

Free services, trial features, or complimentary access granted at the discretion of the Platform shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit under any circumstances.

The Platform reserves the right to amend, supersede, or rescind this Policy at any time, without obligation to furnish individual notice, and Users shall be deemed to have accepted such revisions by continued engagement with Premium Services.
